to help Wells County land users conserve soil, water, and related natural resources.

Spring and fall Fish sales are held each year. Species available are: Large Mouth Bass, Redear Sunfish, Bluegill, Hybrid Bluegill, Channel Catfish, Black Crappies (fall only), Fathead Minnows, Jumbo Tadpoles, Grass Carp & Koi. Contact the SWCD office (lynne.huffman@in.nacdnet.net) for sale dates and current prices.

Fish are packaged in plastic bags with oxygen.  Pick up is scheduled BETWEEN 9A.M. AND 11 A.M.    Grass Carp must be delivered to your pond by the Fishery, therefore payment must be received prior to the delivery date.

The Wells Co. Soil & Water Conservation District meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the NRCS/SWCD office, 117. W. Harvest Road, Bluffton, IN.

The agenda is posted at the office location.  The meetings are open to the public, and the public is encouraged to attend.
